Do those little star tattoos on kate and giselle really count? they are the size of an eraser. It took what - 5 minutes to do? No thought, no creativity, no artistic content. There are plenty of people who could have been included that have damn sexy tattoos that are also works of art.

What was the name of that model from the 90s who had a tattoo of a dragon on the side of her head? I thought that was rather cool and unusual especially for the time period.
