This is one of my favourites. Sure, black is safe, but this is so clean and elegant. Plus the hair and makeup are both winners. Love it.

I think she looks great! I can understand why she wanted to play it safe at her first major awards show and not go totally overboard (a la Lea Michele last year). She has a great smile and doesn't need whitener. It's actually refreshing to see a Hollywood actress who isn't blinding everyone with her bleached teeth.
