I also have eczema but polyester doesn't irritate my skin. I agree that polyester is great because it doesn't wrinkle. Wool and cashmere though...itchy! It's really too bad though because I would love to buy a classic cashmere sweater.

I don't mind polyester. The only problem I have with it is I become hot while wearing it.

the worst thing @ polyester is that it makes you hot when it is hot and offers no warmth when it is cold...

in general, i hate polyester. in particular, no way i would pay lanvin prices for a polyester dress.
