Ugly Betty, er, America, has proven she can shine on the red carpet. And while this cobalt blue strapless Monique Lhuillier column dress is a stunning color, the cut isn't the most flattering and that pose has got to go! But that color...fabulous! What do you think?

I think she looks stunning! The color is great and I actually don't mind the cut - I just think this particular picture is bad. She looked amazing receiving her emmy!

Im sorry I really don't find her pretty at all and never have. So considering that I think the dress does actually look good because she looks better than she usually does. Come on did anyone expect her to look like she did on the glamour cover, seeing her last night now we know it was all photoshop.

Color is beautiful and i agree with gaellemj - A bigger belt is needed.

The color is great, I'm glad to see something different. The belt, however, ruins the dress. And the bodice doesn't sit straight against her bust. It looks a little lopsided, and the left (her right) is creased and puckery. I guess it's a 4 out of 5, and subtract 2 for those oopsies. Would like to see the back of the hair, tho.
