First of all, I love "The Closer" and I love Kyra Sedgwick in that role, so I'm kind of biased. I think her hair looks wonderful, and so does her makeup. The dress is kind of weird, though. I like her in black, but the top looks ill-fitted... maybe if it was a one-piece dress it would look better.

Feathers have been done. That outfit is so ill-fitted around the bust! It looks cheap and home-made.

A two-piece dress? No thanks. This is not a flattering look on her (and it wouldn't be on anyone, to be perfectly honest). Her hair and makeup do look beautiful though, so it's not a total loss.

I like the hair and makeup. The dress is OK, I think it's one of those dresses that look awesome in real life but in a picture looks weird.

This is how you do minimal with a pit of flare. I love the dress on her it's age appropriate, works on her body, and make those biceps stand out. She looks classic.
