Vanessa Williams has got some serious plumage going on here in this mint green Kevan Hall gown. She is also continuing with the bare neck trend, however in this case I think it works. What do you think - would Wilhelmina Slater approve of Vanessa's red carpet look?

That dress is actualy beautifull but it will only go with someone who has pale skin, her skin is far too tanned and it just doesnt suit her.
