I admit, I wasn't really into last season's Project Runway. The LA location and mediocre talent just didn't do it for me. You can imagine my excitement when I heard the show decided to head back to NYC for its seventh season — yay! Looking at their portfolios, the new cast boasts a heavy artillery of talent and creativity. The show premieres Jan. 14 on Lifetime, will you be tuning in? Agreed! NYC is so much better than LA. I couldn't stand Irena. Hopefully this season will be better. =)

I really don't understand why everyone thought last season was boring - maybe it's just because I watch only for the fashion aspect of it and not the stupid fabricated drama and over-the-top personalities. I thought it was fine and that the L.A. locale made no difference. The only thing I will say was without a doubt negative was the absence of the judges - guest judges are fun but I love a consistent dose of Michael and Nina and some of those celeb judges were so stupid (Lindsay, of course; even Christina). Other than that; I really liked many of the participants last season (even if I did hate Irina; she was talented) and I loved a lot of the non-entertainer guest judges...

Last season was SOOOO boring! I missed Michael Kors & Nina Garcia, the talent was lame & did I mention boring? I was tired of all the actors. SO glad it's returning to NYC.

I hope the new season in NYC is better too. I think it will be, it's just a better fashion atmosphere than LA. I agree with reactionary... MORE SANTINOS ;)

i don't even remember who was on the last season of PR and i watched every episode. hopefully bringing it back to the city will revive some of it's old greatness.. the designers were just so uninteresting recently. what happened to the santinos, the jays, the christians?

i hated the end of last season! stupid untalented and mean irina won (obviously it was fixed). so excited for the new season...i already have my eye on maya!

Project Runway was so boring last season that I didn't even care to watch the season finale. I hope moving it back to NYC is enough to revive the show, but I'm not counting on it.
