Austin Scarlett, Season One

Austin was best known for his ability to produce glamorous and memorable fashions (in the first challenge, he created an entire gown from cornhusks). Today, he continues designing couture and costume fashion. In 2010, he teamed up with fellow PR alum Santino Rice for a show on Lifetime, called On the Road With Austin and Santino, where they traveled to small towns to create fresh, new looks for local women.

This is a very poorly researched story. Katherine Gerdes says exactly what she's doing now on the front page of her website (including the fact that she's no longer designing, instead focusing on being a pastry chef), so anyone in journalism 101 could have gotten more of the facts right. You also left out the fact that Ra'mon-Lawrence was lead designer at Kohl's for a couple of years, and Christopher Straub's high-profile partnerships with ShopNBC and Maurice's. You could have contacted the designers pretty easily.
