Since walking away with the title of season five winner, Leanne has been a busy little bee. She created an eco-friendly line for Bluefly.com that debuted in July 2009 and showed her Fall 2009, Spring 2010, Fall 2010, and Fall 2011 collections at New York Fashion Week. As of late, she creates one-of-a-kind, custom wedding gowns for clients in her Brooklyn studio. She owns four stores; one online store, an Etsy shop, and two flagship stores – Foundation Garments and Seaplane in Portland, OR.

This is a very poorly researched story. Katherine Gerdes says exactly what she's doing now on the front page of her website (including the fact that she's no longer designing, instead focusing on being a pastry chef), so anyone in journalism 101 could have gotten more of the facts right. You also left out the fact that Ra'mon-Lawrence was lead designer at Kohl's for a couple of years, and Christopher Straub's high-profile partnerships with ShopNBC and Maurice's. You could have contacted the designers pretty easily.
