Rachel Comey Fur Helmet: Love It or Hate It?

I'm a sucker for cozy hats; they're soft and fashionably functional. This Rachel Comey Fur Helmet ($310) will surely keep your head warm in the Winter, but the shape is perplexing. Its dome shape is too literal for my taste, and is the chin strap really necessary?

well i'm not usually into fur and all that -and i think that this style hat is only good on certain folks too - but for some reason i kind of like it too. i don't know why....i guess my ultimate decision here is that i'm on the fence.

It looks like the designer has butchered a fluffy animal and shoved a belt on it. Even if I forgot that it looks like a blind man with three fingers has hacked it into shape- the price most certainly seals the (non existent) deal!
