Fab reader Blair Stubbe has us dreaming of a pretty-in-polka-dots kind of afternoon preferably spent at a cafe along the Seine. A pop of red and dash of dots — two of our favorite styling accents — create a daintily casual look. She played up the girlie blouse by pairing it with ripped-at-the-knee jeans, a black blazer, and classic black flats. Her bold red beanie, utilitarian messenger bag, and oversized sunnies add just the right amount of off-duty chic to give the entire look that je ne sais quoi.
