Jewelry extraordinaire Robin Rothfeld knows beautiful baubles don't have to cost a fortune. That's why she decided to launch an affordable jewelry line, dubbed RichRocks. “In this economy, jewelry doesn’t have to cost a lot to look great,” Rothfeld said. The designer created a collection bursting with upscale bohemian flavor with pavé rhinestone hoops, lots of bangles, fersoh necklaces, and tigereye pendants. The best part?
