Rosario Dawson attended the Golden Globe Awards in a powder blue gown, adorned with cap sleeves and a ruffled peplum-accented waist. The soft hue is fabulous, but we especially love the juxtaposition of the futuristic cut of the sleeves and the romantic fluidity of the ruffles.
