Which Cover Girl Wore Balmain Better?

As soon as I saw Sarah Jessica Parker on the cover of Marie Claire's June issue, I instantly had a flashback to Demi Moore's W cover from December '09; you know, the one that stirred much airbrushing controversy. They're both wearing similar, armor-chic looks from Balmain's Spring '10 collection, so the comparison must be made. Demi's has a low-cut bodice, while SJP's is boatneck — both have asymmetrical-hem skirts and hanging shoulder details. So tell me, which cover girl wore Balmain better?

SJP, but both ladies' faces are photoshopped beyond belief. I think photoshop should only be used for retouching, like removing a little bit of cellulite (without actually making the area smaller), fixing a blemish, or lightening an undereye circle.

That is Anja Rubik's body with Demi's head. Still, I liked the Demi dress and cover better. SJP is not an attractive woman unfortunately.

I agree with Sunshinetax.. at least she is wearing the dress.. they both are photoshopped.. but at least its her body

Couldn't vote on this one - both look great. Demi's darker greenish gold matches her darker coloring while SJP's is much more coppery and beautifully matches her hair . I think the coverage harmonizes with each women distinctly too - w/ Demi's showing more of her wild sexy skin and SJP's showing less but in her quirky fashion forward way. I've got this issue of MC in front of me and don't see anything wrong with SJP's face btw - nice to see her new mole-free chin actually!

I prefer Demi's. The style and composition of the shot much better matches the outfit. They took a high-fashion dress and created a high-fashion cover. In SJP's, it looks like they took the high-fashion dress, but then took a very commercial shot. It just doesn't work as well.
