Which Yellow Chain Bag Is More Awesome?

We have a shopping dilemma. Two irresistible chain bags, but only one to buy. The first (on left) is a linen and leather number from designer Bare ($325), and the other is Marc by Marc Jacobs bag with a tassel ($437). One is sunny yellow; the other is punky-neon yellow — ladylike versus edgy. Both are awesome. Which one would you buy?

oh my goodness, such horrible grammar - it should, of course, say "there," not "they're."

they're should be an option that says, "they both have cool features, and I like the idea of both, but neither are perfect. if only there were a hybrid of the two." haha...
