Good news! The oxford is still on for Fall. This season, after the trend had a year to take hold, there are seriously endless options to get your menswear-inspired fix. I should note that I've also seen a lot of oxford styles with heels, but they just aren't really for me. So here (and at least for the moment) I'm sticking with flats. (I think it's crazy that even after 3 months in New York I still refuse to cave into the 'heels all the time' thing.) I've got my eye on a really great brown leather pair in a shop called Shoegasm down the street, which I think will be perfect with my ubiquitous skinny jeans, as well as with tights and mini skirts.
