Sigerson Morrison Tall Bracelet Boot: Love It or Hate It?

I'm totally jonesing for some bracelet sandals for Summer — so that's what they're called! — but when I came across these Sigerson Morrison Tall Bracelet Boots ($695), I admitted: too much. Although, I can totally see Mary-Kate Olsen stomping in them. Help me decide.

Hated it! If it's hot, why would anyone want a sandal to their knees? my legs are sweating just thinking about it.

Love em'. I think they would look fantastic with either scrunched up dark denims or denim shorts with a sort-of loose, somewhat-tucked in tee (in white, navy or wine) with some minimal yet rustic jewelry and a fab oversized satchel.

Don't dig at all - I don't like shoes that are really thin soled w. no support of any kind. Just makes the foot look flat and unnatractive in my opinion. The strands see like they would be a pain too - let's not even get on the $$

I agree they're only for certain people, the brave ones. Just like McQueen's pawn or claw (can't remember the name) shows. But I still like them :D

Wow I cant believe someone finally made something uglier than the gladiator shoe! In theory this is cool but in reality it just makes even the longest curviest legs look stumpy and unshapen. No thanks!

They look like they'd be hard to put on. Like it'd take you 5 times to put it on correctly because your toes keep going through the slits. lol!

I really like the idea of it,and in the photo it looks sculptural, but not sure how well it would translate if I saw it on the street.

Um, horizontal stripes will do NOTHING positive for my calves. I'm sure that these look fabulous...if your legs are devoid of fat and muscle.

Can't believe most of sugars didn't like them. I loved them! Not loving the price tough, but I'm sure they'll rock with a pair of tiny distressed denim shorts.
