The canvas tote continues to evolve. It took off with Anya Hindmarch's I'm Not a Plastic Bag — remember the frenzy? — and has since taken all sorts of designs and personalities. The latest, and arguably coolest, are these Pattern People Karl and Marc Canvas Totes ($45 each). I mean walking alongside the real Karl and Marc would be way more entertaining, but their cartoon versions are second best. I'm all team Karl; Imagine walking into a supermarket with the Kaiser by your side.
