There aren't many people who can pull off these Slow & Steady Wins the Race Basic Circle Lens ($100) but I bet Mary-Kate Olsen can. In fact, I think she already has a similar pair! They remind me of plastic sunglasses you win at an amusement park. Are you kooky enough to pull these off?

I only said I hated it because I know I couldn't pull them off, but there are many people that can pull off kooky sunglasses, and I like things that are a bit funky, so more power to the people that can rock these!

Undecided. They remind me of 3d glasses too. Pluses: kooky, could be quite cute on the right person (not me)...I imagined them with kicky 60s style dresses and boots, or a fullskirted black and white polka dot sundress, with the hair styled either ultra-gamine or completely fun and Lauper-esque. Minuses: Cost: Bit pricey for something so "of the moment". If sunglasses go above 75 dollars or so, that gets into "buy classic instead" territory for me anyways. And fit: I cannot believe that would feel very comfortable sitting on my face. Blocky design with no "give" at the bridge or ears plus being white means you better be 100% percent symmetrically inclined in the face area or they will be obviously crooked.
