Target's latest collab with Converse is all about easy shapes and bright hues. For its '09 Spring collection, check out the wide array of flirty frocks, slick blazers, and cool cardigans. If you're smitten with bold colors, I suggest you head straight to the selection of bright cropped pants. For prepsters, there's a wide array of striped cardigans and tops. Me? it's too bad the target near me never seems to get these special collections, though this one's not really worth it... however I like the black zip-up jacket.

Love the little ombre dress...I think I might be purchasing that! I actually have a very similar dress from this line from last spring...same exact cut/style, just different print. I wore it all the time last spring/summer.
