We've covered most of Spring's bases: dresses, scarves, shoes, and jackets. Next it's skirt time! What I love about skirts is that they don't discriminate — they come in all sorts of silhouettes, lengths, colors, and prints. And because they allow your stems to breathe, Spring is the perfect time to invest in a few sassy styles. I personally am hardcore crushing on the scuba blue mini. Hot!
