Steven Alan's Fall '13 collection was a lesson in chic simplicity, showcasing tailored silhouettes, a minimal color palette, and styling cues we'd like to try out now. With the no-fuss girl in mind, the designer reworked classics like the puffer coat into a luxe leather rendition, pairing it with a matching miniskirt, and slim trousers underneath. It might sound like a mouthful at first read, but the pairing was actually quite genius.
