The best cure for dreary Winter days may just be a vibrantly colorful outfit, like the one POPSUGAR Fashion reader StyleCueSuzieQ styled up. While she kept her colors strong, (get a load of that blue coat against the bright yellow skirt!), she balanced her outfit out with a black turtleneck to help ground her look. A chain-link bracelet adds some preppy sparkle to her look, while cat-eye sunglasses and booties, both in black, help to tie her chromatic ensemble together.
