Fab community member Anna James - Fash Boulevard takes a sweater-and-skirt look to the next level with polka dots, feathers, and the help of an adorable woodland creature. She keeps the colors of her look quiet in black, gray, and white, to let her sequined owl shine, and picks up on the humor in her sweater with a feathered skirt and polka-dot shirt. Equally punchy accessories (did you see her red shoes?!) complete her look — and we can't help but smile at it.
