She took a risk by tucking a low-cut floral button-up into a pair of high-waisted black harem pants, then suited up with a pair of knee-high leather boots and a red patent clutch. It's a bold look, but one that can definitely be pulled off — if you're on the shy side, just layer a slim tank underneath for extra coverage.
