There's no better Spring staple than a floral dress, and community member NetteVartanian took the seasonal print to the max in her Prabal Gurung for Target frock. She also knew that she didn't need much to finish her outfit off — so she picked up on the silvery gray undertones of her print-on-print dress with metallic accessories (read: shiny shoes, a sparkling clutch, and matching arm candy).
