It's happening! Target has announced that it will partner with 3.1 Phillip Lim later this year — and sketches of the capsule have just been released.

Lim's collection, which will include designs for men and women, is scheduled to be in Target stores on Sept. 15, three days after presentations of the Spring 2014 collections will wrap up in New York City. The prices, according to The Wall Street Journal, will range between $20 and $75, and bags for both men and women will be priced under $60. Men's and women's leather jackets, however, will be priced between $250 and $300.

In a video teasing the collection, Lim said, "What interested me about this opportunity was making it a wardrobe for the modern-day citizen with their multifaceted multitextural lives that happen to be always on the go. It ranges from a t-shirt to a gown to a carry-on bag."

Take a look at the designer's sketches of the collection — and hear what else he has to say about working with Target — here in the gallery.

Target announced today that it is collaborating with designer Phillip Lim on an exclusive Fall 2013 collection, slated to hit Target stores on Sept.

Target announced today that it is collaborating with designer Phillip Lim on an exclusive Fall 2013 collection, slated to hit Target stores on Sept. 15. The range will feature over 100 items for both men and women, including apparel, shoes, bags, and travel accessories — all priced between $20-$300. We can also expect the collection to be rooted in a classic autumnal palette, and collaboration line aside, the designer will stick to his signature modern, sophisticated aesthetic. Phillip Lim explained that he's been "intrigued by the idea of a design evolution" since an early age, and is excited at the prospect of creating a collection "that would inspire — one that is cool and chic, but still very accessible." Does that mean we'll see a Pashli look-alike?

In honor of the designer's big collaboration news, we've rounded up some of our favorite 3.1 Phillip Lim runway looks over the years — as well as Target's video sneak peek and your first look at Lim's sketches. SJP and Blake Lively Team Up to Launch Target Up North

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively helped launch Canada's first Target store in Toronto yesterday.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively helped launch Canada's first Target store in Toronto yesterday. Blake wore a Roland Mouret dress and Christian Louboutin shoes while SJP kept things a bit more casual in white jeans. The pair were joined by Canadian actress and Happy Endings star Elisha Cuthbert, who shopped around the store and later gushed about meeting Sarah Jessica. She tweeted, "What a dream, chatting and hanging out with the one and only Sarah Jessica Parker."

Blake is no stranger to the land up north, as she is married to Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds, and the two hung out in Canada in February while Ryan filmed Queen of the Night. Blake has been taking some time off from work after she wrapped Gossip Girl last year. Meanwhile, her Target shopping buddy SJP is reportedly working on two films and recently checked out the Tilda Swinton sleeping in a box exhibit at New York's Museum of Modern Art.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively's ensembles at last night's Target Toronto opening were a clear sign that Spring is in the air.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Blake Lively's ensembles at last night's Target Toronto opening were a clear sign that Spring is in the air. With floral embellishments aplenty, the two showed off their respective takes on the new season with a light color palette and whimsical accessories. Sarah Jessica Parker looked casual-chic in a pair of cropped white jeans, sheer pin-dot blouse, and black blazer. For added oomph, the style icon channeled her inner Carrie Bradshaw by accessorizing her outfit with a colorful oversize floral corsage and sharp pointed-toe pumps. Meanwhile, Blake Lively opted for a more ethereal look in a soft watercolor-print Roland Mouret dress and whimsical Christian Louboutin pumps. Both ladies look gorgeous, but which floral-embellished outfit do you prefer?
