Taylor Swift [1] looked like she was ready to take on an army on the red carpet at the Grammys — and we mean that in the most glamorous way possible. Her heavy golden Gucci gown looked like it was made from a high-fashion version of chain mail, and the singer talked up the material on the red carpet.

"It's like a suit of armor," she said while talking with Ryan Seacrest [2]. "I think it's bulletproof."
