Celebrities go short at the Teen Choice Awards. Hi, it's Allison McNamara. It was all about mini-dresses at the Teen Choice Awards. Who made our best dressed list in today's Fab Flash. Young Hollywood stars attended the Teen Choice Awards and beat the LA heat by bearing some leg in short dresses. PopSugar Editor, Michelle Manning was on the red carpet and has the scoop. Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber both won the choice Hottie Award last year and when the couple stepped on the red carpet today, fans went wild. Selena stood out in a hot pink number by Dsquared with thin straps, a square neckline, and a pleated skirt. She completed her look with sleek straight hair, and strappy sandals by Herve Leger. Selena celebrated her 20th birthday and was serenaded on stage with a slew of celebs, including Taylor Swift, Ellen Degeneres, Zooey Deschanel, Jonah Hill, and Josh Hutcherson and even blew out cupcakes with sparklers, and shared them with the audience. Nina Dobrev also opted for a bright color in this emerald bustier style strapless dress by J.Mendel. The asymmetrical hemline and structured peplum at the waist, update the otherwise simple silhouette, and give the whole outfit a unique shape. Nina won Best TV actress fantasy sci-fi series for the Vampire Diaries. Cool peep toe strappy heels by Jimmy Choo finish off her look. Taylor Swift left her signature sparkles at home and went for a summer perfect dress by Maria Lucia Hohan. The cream silk cocktail dress has an interesting low back with illusion mesh detailing, giving the dress a barely-there effect. Pale pink peep toe heels by Prada and Edie Parker nude pearlescent clutch and an intricate updo finished off her outfit. Michele went metallic in a silver strapless dress by Atelier Versace with gold peplum detail. The textured dress shows off her great figure and she continued the metallic theme on bottom with silver platform Versace heels. It's no surprise that Lea is wearing Versace, we just saw her in Paris with her boyfriend Cory Monteith at their hot couture show.
