You know I love my sequins, and clearly Miley does too. While her Moschino blue tiered sequin dress is cute, I'm not sure how I feel about it with her signature boots. It does make the dress funky and youthful, though — just like the star herself. I'm undecided, you decide!

I think the outfit is cute and girly, and i think the boots look nice, all im saying is that is she was wearing heels or sandals you would be saying "too slutty" "stop trying to look sexy you're not". There is no winning with you guys is there, i just wanna say nobody looks perfect all the time, nobody dresses perefctly all of the time, people who are calling her now are probably doing it out of jealousy. So remember this nobody's perfect especially not you who are calling her so get a hobby, she is very down to earth, beautiful girl, who has an amazing voice and I for one am a fan.
