Teen Choice Awards: Rachel Bilson

Rachel Bilson strolled onto the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet in a one-shouldered turquoise mini-dress by Brian Reyes. The color is juicy, bright, and totally appropriate for the light-hearted festivities; plus, it makes her Summer tan and caramel-streaked hair pop. Is this another win for Rachel in the style arena?

THE dress pretty on her and WORE it very well.Just hate i couldn't see her get her award.She should have someone with her it would have made it so exciting.Heard she was datig a new guy (not hayden).The new should have came with her.Get tured of her being alone at these events.

The dress is cute, but everything else goes downhill. The shoes are clunky, the earrings don't go with the outfit, and it seems she put zero effort into her hair and makeup... and it's not effortlessly chic either. The hair especially looks grungy and in dire need of a good colorist.

Hahaha laura220, you took the words right out of my mouth! It looks like she just threw together an outfit with stuff already in her closet right before hopping in her limo. Her dress looks like a prom dress gone way wrong. And yikes! Root touch-up anyone?
