We can always count on Scarlett to do something different on the red — or blue — carpet, and this time, she's got some neck action going on. Just look at the size of those Sonia Boyajian baubles! They, plus the multicolored collar, may be a little too much, but the Matthew Williamson peach dress looks pretty otherwise. What do you think?

wtf is she wearing?
1The dress is ok but not for the teen choce awards. She needs a more vibrant fun outfit.
2This would be cute without the colar - with it it is so fug.
3I want to be the first to change it up and say I totally love it. I think it's unique, flattering, a little bit funky (appropriate for the Teen Choice Awards), has enough visual interest going on but not too much.

30Not a fan of SJ but whatevs. I hate the color of the dress and the adornments on the shoulders. And I don't think the black shoes suit the color of the dress.
