Sorry Tina Fey, but the first thing I thought was "Mary Poppins." I know a lot of other people did too. Plus the heels she chose don't work with that dress.

yeah, it should've been shorter, it's a cute design but she's too short to pull it off.

hate it ON HER. Someone else could pull off the dress, including length. It could look pretty awesome, in fact. Tina Fey IMHO cannot pull off much in the way of fashion.
