Padma Lakshmi has two very distinct looks in this episode of Top Chef. In a later scene, she dresses quite formally, but here she's outside in a much more casual outfit. To create the look on your own, pair a cobalt blue cowl-neck sweater with skinny jeans and knee-high brown boots. Comfortable and classic.
