Because we firmly believe that looking good shouldn't be a full-time job (we all have real jobs after all), we're bringing you an easy outfit formula that relies on just three key pieces. With nods to Spring's biggest trends — brights, metallics, ankle-strap footwear, and a great cropped jacket — this perfect outfit is all about putting a fresh spin on your tired jacket-and-jeans combos. Reach for a cropped jacket to layer over your t-shirt — the sharp proportion offers a sophisticated alternative to the staple anorak, and it's just as well-suited to the office as any of your favorite blazers. As for the final touches, a pair of skinny pants with a cropped silhouette leaves ample room for showing off another one of this season's biggest trends: the ankle-strap heel. Look for pairs in a neutral shade for the leg-lengthening effect, black for a great play on a classic, or further the outfit interest with a fresh metallic finish. In any iteration, these pieces add up (fast!) to something sleeker and cooler than your average work or weekend looks. Just shop our editors' picks below to test drive one of our favorite outfit formulas.

Ear Cuffs Are the Latest It Accessory — Are You Into Them?
Is the '80s ear cuff making a comeback? According to celebrities and the street-style crowd, they sure are. This punk-rock earring trend injects a subversive, rebellious spirit to just about any look, as proven by Diane Kruger's diamond-studded Repossi rendition and Lily Collins's red-carpet foray, while the street-style set paired their It accessory with more casual wares. Needless to say, the ear cuff has proven its versatility factor, and while some of us here are loving them (how cool would a tough ear cuff look against a pretty Spring dress?), others are still on the fence. Tell us your thoughts below, then, if you're already into this punk-rock trend, shop our editors' picks below.

Cara Delevingne and Jourdan Dunn Do the Harlem Shake

It was only a matter of time before someone in the fashion industry made a response to the Internet's latest dance video craze, the Harlem Shake — and who better suited for the task than model friends Jourdan Dunn and Cara Delevingne?
The duo were backstage at the Topshop Unique show on Sunday with fellow model Rosie Tapner when cameras captured Dunn following the meme's custom of breaking into a spontaneous dance to the Baauer song "Harlem Shake." Delevingne and Tapner don't seem particularly amused to be in the middle of a dance party until they suddenly join in on the fun.
Iterations of the Harlem Shake video have come from the campuses of West Point and the University of Texas, and to the offices of BuzzFeed and Anderson Cooper Live. Given how much the fashion industry likes its memes, we're a little surprised it took this long for someone to make a version, but we're excited to see the ones that might follow it. Your move, Alber.
Kate Bosworth Wears Head-to-Toe Topshop — Why Aren't You?
Kate Bosworth doubled up on Topshop wares for the UK high-street retailer's official opening at The Grove in LA, supplying us (once again) with an outfit we can copy without breaking the bank. Unlike her yellow printed minidress from the evening before, this laid-back denim-top and floral-jacquard-skirt combo provided the foundation for cross-seasonal dressing. See, if you don't happen to live in warmer climes (right now), this look needs only a pair of thick opaque tights, a faux-fur vest, and a long camel coat to take on a more wintry feel. But for those of you who are geographically lucky, Kate's ensemble is ready to go as is. We're taking the scouring out of the equation, making it that much easier to follow suit — shop the exact Topshop pieces you'll need below.

Although you can't see from this angle, Kate's J.W. Anderson for Topshop denim shirt ($100) is actually two-toned, providing built-in color dynamic. Meanwhile, her ice-blue Topshop floral jacquard skirt ($80) offers up cool architectural pleats, feminine texture, and the perfect amount of proportional play against the boyish silhouette up top. Lest we forget, her edgier lace-up booties aren't available on Topshop (yet), but here's a similar style ($110), complete with rugged sole.
Kate Bosworth and Demi Lovato Cut the Ribbon at LA's New Topshop
Kate Bosworth and Demi Lovato helped launch the new Topshop/Topman store at The Grove in LA yesterday. Kate wore head-to-toe Topshop as she assisted in cutting the ribbon for the store's opening, while Demi wore a studded leather jacket — to match her studded foot cast — as she took the stage to perform for fans. This is the second Topshop event that the two celebrities have attended this week. On Wednesday, Demi and Kate partied for Topshop with Julianne Hough, Ryan Seacrest, and Kim Kardashian.
The Topshop events come as Demi's future with The X Factor is in question. Demi recently admitted that she hasn't been asked back officially, but she would sign on for another season. She also said that she would love to see Lady Gaga replace Britney Spears, who announced that she was leaving the show back in January.
