Trend Alert: All That Glitters
All the razzle and dazzle of the Cannes Film Festival has me begging for all that glitters. Silver sparkles, in the form of beads and sequins add a cool, not costumey, feel to clothes. Although I love to play dress up too, so if you are feeling costumey — for say a glamorized Grey Gardens — look to John Galliano's Spring collection for inspiration. For us folks on planet earth, a subtly beaded neckline or flat will deliver the trend just so.
