Here is a piece that has prim, Victorian-era roots, but can be modern and sexy too, making it perfect for the office. A frill-necked blouse is a classic piece that can be worn from day, buttoned up, into the night, go on, unbutton a couple more. Wear this with some great fitting slacks and killer heels and hello sexy corporate! As for the sheer ones - don't forget the cami. You don't want to be too sexy corporate now. Here are my designer and non-designer picks:

Rebecca Taylor Organza Top, $262.

Elie Tahari 'Tarina' Blouse, $298.

La Redoute Ruffled Cotton Poplin Shirt, on sale for $19.99 (was $21.99). Also comes in white, striped, mauve, beige, black and chocolate.
A couple more, so read more

bebe Ruffle Neck Blouse, $79.

Esprit Victorian style shirt on sale for $49.99 (was $69.50).
I love the first top - I would def wear it.
1i like these when they're fitted. if they're too baggy, then i feel chunky.
2I LOVE these kinds of shirts. They put a unique spin on a regular dress shirt and I don't feel like I'm conforming.
3WHY do I always love the most expensive ones best?

i like the more tamed down ones..i dont like BIG ruffles like the pinkish one!
5i dont like any of them.. Frills are not my thing.. lol
6I love the look of Tarina, feminine, sexy and pretty. In addition, the long sleeves tend to slenderize not so flattering arms.
7I prefer the more tamed down ones as well, they seem more classy and less 'flashy'
8The Tarina one is my favorite, although I wouldn't wear anything that frilly it'd be cute on someone else.
9I like the black and white ones the tan and pink just arent my style. But i really dont even know if Id wear any of them. Maybe occasionally but dont see myself dressing up in that then going out.
10Weren't these in season all last year?
11Yawn.
Too bad for us busty gals...
... I look like a pirate wench in those shirts!
