Givenchy at ShopStyle

We think Michelle Obama may have something to do with the resurgence of kitten heels. After all, they're her modus operandi and look amazing with almost every outfit. The best part? They're comfy as heck, so don't be afraid to walk the streets, shop 'til you drop, or even dance the night away in these small-heeled wonders. I would do unspeakable things for this Givenchy Studded Sandal ($878) . . .

I dislike kitten heels. I don't think they look cute and they don't elongate the leg like heels. Also, they're more uncomfortable than flats. What's the point?

i'm so happy they are "in" because i always wear kitten heels...they are good for work when you won't know how much you'll be walking to and from meetings, but still want to look professional, and good for nights out dancing so you still have that "heel" look without the pain

I LOVE kitten heels! They're super comfortable, great for nights when I'm out with friends downtown or running errands after work or just wandering around the city without being too casual. Also, my jeans tend to run a little long so the heel height is perfect for balancing it out. Surprisingly, Sears has some cute kitten heels right now! The Apostrophe brand has a $20 shoe called Mixie that is similar to the $120 Nine West shoes.

You know, I understand that the kitten heel is coming back, but besides those Givenchy sandals I think kitten heels are ugly.
