Trend Alert: Tulip Skirts
Designers have been playing with volume for seasons now. What was once a frightening trend has evolved into something modern and wearable. The easiest way to play with volume is with a tulip skirt. All you need to do is keep is slim or structured on top, depending on whether you want to go flirty (see Emporio Armani Fall '07 at left) or artsy, and definitely pair with some sexy booties. Tulips require heels to blossom, and your overall womanly silhouette will flourish.
