Turn On Your Brights! Acid Bright Bottoms

Acid brights are this Spring's counterpart to cool neutrals. If you're feeling flashy and fierce, shout it out loud with bright clothing. the skirt is cute, but i wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it. i really like brights in accessories or a bright tank under a black tee, but i'm not the type to go all-out dayglo. maybe it's just me.
