United Colors of Benetton has always been an advertising innovator. The brand's latest approach is no exception. It just launched a global casting competition called It's My Time. To enter, sign up, build a profile with at least one photo, and hope to be a part of the brand's Fall/Winter '10 ad campaign. The more photos/videos you upload, the better chance you have of winning.Once you enter, the online community will vote on their favorites — here's who's winning now. A panel of judges will pick 20 men and women from the top 100 to fly to NYC for the campaign shoot. And no need to be a Naomi Campbell or a Heidi Klum either — Benetton is looking for unconventional beauties. Voting ends March 16, so act fast.
