United Nude Mobius Wedge Sandal: Love It or Hate It?

Is it me or does this United Nude Mobius High Wedge Sandal, $146, have a huge cutout in its wedge heel? Talk about out of this world! I feel like the shoe is playing tricks on my eyes. I like the metallic color but the cutout is too extreme for me. What do you all think?

I have 4 pairs of these. They are very sturdy and comfortable. Those who stated it should be displayed are correct. The shoe design was inspired by the frame of Mes Van Der Rohes' famous Barcelona chair.

I actually love these shoes, and when I went to the website I saw that they sell them in a mid-size too (these are way high) They also have a variety of colors. Am I just 3 pm bored or what?
