Lily Collins looked absolutely amazing in a leather bodice Versace frock at the London premiere of Abduction. She styled her red-hot mini with black Christian Louboutin peep-toes, a matching Alexander McQueen box clutch, and raven-hued nail polish. Tousled tresses and smokey eyes topped off her sultry style.
>> Seen backstage yesterday in Milan: Karlie Kloss enjoying a pre-show coffee at Blumarine, Kasia Struss laughing amongst a pile of pillows at Etro, and Zuzanna Bijoch giving a little twirl at Versace. See these shenanigans — plus more behind-the-scene moments — in the slideshow.

While most designers went tribal for Spring '12, Donatella Versace ventured under the sea. It was a leg-bearing collection as models sauntered down the runway — complete with big blowouts and dangerously high lucite heels — in an array of starfish, seashell, and seahorse printed short sets and minidresses. Sexy indeed, and when skin wasn't showing down below, Versace paired fitted pencil skirts with belly-baring bandeau and corset tops. Pastel hues dominated the collection, but black did make an appearance in the way of cocktail-ready dresses. The rest of the eveningwear portion provided red carpet attire options with studded one-shoulder dresses and high-slit maxi-length gowns. The bottom line? Get ready to hit the gym for Spring. More details from the collection below.
- Trends: Bandeau tops, short suit sets, pencil skirts, sea-life prints, high slits, minidresses.
- Colors: White, black, pastel yellow, blue, purple, and green.
- Key Look: We loved all of the sexy short sets.
- Accessories: Lucite heels, studded clutches, stacked bracelets.
- Who Would Wear It: Girls who loves standout partywear like Rihanna and Beyonce.
>> Versace just released images of its Fall 2011 Atelier Versace couture collection. Teal fur chubbies, vintage Versace prints pulled back out of the archives for voluminous skirts, and metallic minidresses printed with "I heart Versace" populate the offering, which also includes the dress Katy Perry recently wore to the MTV VMAs.
Katy Perry is known for donning quirky outfits, and her appearance at last night's VMAs was no different. The songstress hit the red carpet and the stage wearing not one but four standout ensembles. To kick off the festivities, the award-winning star donned an Asian-inspired minidress by Atelier Versace and then performed on stage in an elegant Tom Ford purple lace gown. Perry then changed into a colorful couture outfit from Christian Dior to accept an award – complete with a yellow box hat from Philip Treacy — and later swapped that out for a black sequined “Breaking Records” dress designed by Johnny Wujek for Furne One. Only Katy Perry can pull off such crazy-cool outfits, so tell us which look you like best. Click on the slideshow to see all of her different outfits, and then vote on your favorite.
If you don't speak French or Italian, you could become tongue-tied by some of the big names in fashion and beauty. Brands such as L'Occitane and Yves Saint Laurent can prove difficult to pronounce for those not in the know. (Who can forget Nomi Malone's "Vur-sayss" faux pas in Showgirls?) Fortunately, the Internet provides a handy cheat sheet that can save you the awkwardness of mispronouncing designer names. Yes, it's Pronunciation Manual to the rescue. Turns out we've been saying these names all wrong, according to the YouTube channel's flawless enunciation of L'Occitane, Versace, Gucci, and Yves Saint Laurent. Spot on. Got a question on how to (really) pronounce a name? Leave it in the comment section and we'll do our best to help you say Versace.
Lady Gaga is known for her crazy outfits, like the bondage-esque outfit she recently wore on a visit to SiriusXM Studio, seen right, but we always wondered what she would look like pared down. Now we know: the musician was spotted in a conservative look — for Gaga standards — in LA last night comprised of a Versace tulip-print dress paired with black Christian Louboutin pumps. Yes, that's her; no crazy makeup, no crazy hair, and just a pair of square shaped sunnies and a cuff bracelet. We like seeing this toned-down version of Gaga, but tell us which look you prefer.
>> Versace may have done without a blonde for the Fall 2011 collection campaign, but Donatella Versace couldn't leave blondes behind for an entire season, as evidenced by her new eyewear and accessories face. Versace cast Candice Swanepoel — who is also appearing in Tom Ford's campaign — in that portion of her Fall 2011 campaign, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. [Fashion Gone Rogue]
While promoting Friends With Benefits in NYC, Mila Kunis looked red-hot in a body-hugging Versace dress on The Today Show. She paired her fiery frock with nude Jimmy Choo patent pumps and a Lauren Joy Mini necklace by Dana Rebecca Designs. Sleek strands, bronzed makeup, and red nails completed her promotional style.
