Victoria's Secret's annual What Is Sexy? list is in, and it has anointed a new batch of sultry stars. And while the categories cover everything from bikini bods to come-worship-at-my-altar hair, we can't help but think it's their fashion choices that helped each lady land her coveted spot. Discover who the eighth edition is celebrating, and see their style at its sexiest, in this gallery.
To reveal its eighth annual What Is Sexy? list, Victoria's Secret stocked the Santa Monica scene with some obvious choices — Angels, of course. Lily Aldridge, Adriana Lima, and Behati Prinsloo were on hand to celebrate this year's list of gorgeous actresses and pop stars, and each girl put her own spin on seductive, beachside dressing.
Victoria's Secret has responded to the claims of Kylie Bisutti, a former model who said working with the brand made her quit the industry, by saying she "has repeatedly fabricated her work experience."
Bisutti is currently promoting her new book, I'm No Angel: From Victoria’s Secret Model to Role Model, which details her version of working with the lingerie label. This week she told The New York Post that after winning a walk-on role in the 2009 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, she was exposed to the darker side of modeling. Bisutti says that, among other things, she was asked to downplay her marriage and "get together with" a male celebrity who saw her at the show's afterparty. She later gave up modeling and said she turned to God, tweeting, "I quit being a VS model to be a Proverbs 31 wife."
But in a statement to People on Thursday, the brand said "Bisutti has made numerous fabrications and misstatements of fact regarding her brief association with Victoria’s Secret." After appearing in that year's Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, she also worked on a swimsuit photo shoot.
"That was the extent of Ms. Bisutti's involvement with Victoria's Secret," the statement continues. "She was never a Victoria's Secret 'Angel' as defined by the terms of our Angel model contract. And contrary to Ms. Bisutti's claims, she was never offered any subsequent modeling contracts or opportunities with Victoria's Secret despite her multiple appeals for further work. She has repeatedly fabricated her work experience with Victoria's Secret — including a relationship that simply did not exist."
So far, Bisutti hasn't made a rebuttal, but she has been tweeting to followers about her story. She tweeted on Friday, "I used to be so insecure, blinded a World lover, an attention seeker, i was a Lingerie model -selfish, lost, & lonely," and added, "But now I've found HOPE, Confidence, security, purpose, I no longer desire fame or attention. I'm finally happy!"

According to Us Weekly, the Australian supermodel's three-year contract with the lingerie brand, valued at some $1 million, was not renewed. Sources told the magazine that Kerr was "not a big seller," unlike her colleagues Alessandra Ambrosio and Erin Heatherton.
However, in a statement to POPSUGAR Fashion News, the brand's chief marketing officer, Ed Razek, called Kerr "one of the best models in the history of the business" and "also a consummate professional." He continued to say, "Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue. While her international commitments have kept her away from us more than we'd like over the past few years, she will always be an Angel to me."
And despite her other commitments — like her skin care brand, Kora — Razek added, "We have no plans to stop working with her. In fact, I've already invited her to walk the runway in this year's fashion show and, happily, she's agreed."

Victoria's Secret released the third issue of its 2013 swim catalog, titled "Summer of Sexy." And to showcase this latest round of swimwear, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Erin Heatherton, and Maryna Linchuk took the beaches (once again) in an apropos lineup of very sexy looks. From the curve-enhancing push-up iterations — complete with gold-chain detailing and lacy overlays — to the retro ruffle-trimmed suits, to the sportier floral-printed bandeaus and bottoms, this is the kind of warm-weather styling that actually applies, albeit with a much sexier VS tinge, to the getaways we're planning for Spring break and beyond. So if you've got surf, sun, and sand on your mind — and in your sights — then click on for a preview of the swim catalog now, and shop the collection at Victoria's Secret.

Candice Swanepoel donned multiple bikinis for a Victoria's Secret photo shoot in Miami Beach yesterday. She had fun showing off numerous two-pieces while laughing and dancing as she posed for photographers on the beach. She stripped down for more than just Victoria's Secret recently. Candice showed off her midriff in a crop top for the cover of Vogue España this month, too. Although she posed for Vogue, she has kept a busy schedule fulfilling her recent duties for Victoria's Secret. Candice was in a bikini again to link up with fellow angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Karlie Kloss at the launch Victoria's Secret's 2013 swim collection earlier this month.
Curious how the Victoria's Secret models prep for the runway? We turned to 28 Day Challenge trainer Robert Brace, who works with many of the Angels, to learn some new multitasking moves that target the abs. Watch this video and try these five exercises to tighten your midsection and work your core.
Karlie Kloss has finally gotten her wings. The model is now a bona fide Victoria's Secret Angel, and she put her halo on display this week at the brand's Spring 2013 swim collection photocall in Los Angeles.
Kloss, flanked by veteran Angels Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio, posed for the cameras in a white knit top and a pink bikini. She also participated in this week's #AskAnAngel Q&A session on Twitter, fielding fans' questions about everything from her favorite actress ("I'm currently in love with Jennifer Lawrence," she said) and her favorite colors to wear to the beach.
While Kloss has appeared in ads for Victoria's Secret and walked in the brand's annual fashion show not once, but twice, her official inclusion on the roster of Angels will doubtlessly mean big things for her career. Being an Angel is a little bit like a stairway to heaven in the modeling industry for a variety of reasons — not least of which is that Angels tend to be the highest-earning women in the business. On Forbes's list of the highest-paid models of 2012, six were current or former Angels.
Missouri-born Karlie Kloss has taken the modeling world by storm. At only 20 years old, she's opened and closed the catwalk for designers like Chanel and Oscar de la Renta, starred in advertisements for Hermès and Alexander McQueen, and now has her Victoria's Secret Angel wings. We caught up with Karlie Kloss to celebrate Victoria's Secret's Swim 2013 collection, where Karlie admitted that she never thought she'd be a VS model. Hear about Karlie's bikini style, her favorite beach destination, as well as the scoop on why she decided to do the big chop (now known as "The Karlie").
