Vince Camuto Magena Peep Toe Boots: Love It or Hate It?

I'm definitely open to experimental footwear and these Vince Camuto Magena Peep Toe Boots ($149) caught my eye for that reason. The only thing is, does it look like a boot wearing a turtleneck? I think this is one of those instances where I would have to see it on a foot to be able to judge it accurately. What do you think?

For all of you haters out there....I wore these (in taupe) all day today ...I had 5 people stop me and ask where i got them. they are amazing...wore them with gray skinny jeans tucked in and a belted black tunic.

I actually just bought these in black. The peep toe bootie is totally in for the fall. Ladies, if its that cold, you'll wear them with stockings or not at all. Its not meant to be your only boot, just a fashionable one. And the fold-over is badly shown in this pic. It's not folded down enough. I kind of like the boot, but the peeptoe is awful and the heel is kind of ugly...

Peep toe boots make me hurt. Boots are for warmth and protection. You'll either have a sweaty foot from wearing them in warm weather, or frozen toes and wet feet from wearing them in cold/wet weather. Bah to the lot.

I wasn't too keen on the peep toe boot but lately I've been seeing it with another eye. But that is just wayyy overboard... a turtle neck? Big no no.

Okay, peep toe I get- it's great on a pair of pumps, but on boots? Why? I don't understand boots....with holes in them? I think I'd giggle quietly at someone wearing these anywhere but on the red carpet.
