Ralph Lauren threw a big to-do celebrating his Paris store opening last night. Guests included Karl Lagerfeld, Sonia Rykiel, Du Juan, Abbey Lee Kershaw . . . and batwoman! Or by day, known as Vogue Paris Editor Carine Roitfeld. You know me — I love a dramatic getup, especially one involving a cape — and if anyone can smoke it, Carine can. Her smoldering face heightens the hilarity. You with me?

And the vampire obsession continues! You know, even at an artsy point for view, this is still terrible. If she took off the lace overlay, the entire outfit would be easier to look at.
