Preppies all over the world, flock to these fun and flirty ribbon belts that come in bright colors and patterns that reflect personal styles and interests. They were once big in the seventies and as we know, fashion is cyclical. Now that these belts are back in style, take a look at a few of my favorites:
Vineyard Vine Sailor Belts are made from 100% cotton canvas webbing with grosgrain ribbon. The sizes run from S-XXL. They are $34-$39.50 and you can buy them here.

CK Bradley is THE place to shop for gorgeous grosgrain ribbon belts. They have a vast selection of colors and themes and each design is exclusive. Sizes range from S-L. They are $35, buy them here.

A great gift for him is this J. Press Tennis Racquet Belt in navy and white with tan leather trim. On sale now for $21.38, buy it here.
I had one that looked almost identical to the top one, in middle school, only the little pics. went all around the belt. I loved that belt.
1My favorite trick is to hit the fabric store and buy 2 yards of cute grosgrain ribbon, then tie around my waist with a little bow on the hip. It's a similar look, but a bit different...and a lot cheaper!
2CortneyLynn, I used to do that in high school, only the bow faced forward.
3* my freshman and sophmore year.

5I lived through 80's fashion before. I am not ready for it again. Are Bermuda bags coming back too?
6JCrew has always had the cutest satin ribbon belts and they're not expesive at all. If you love these then you'll love the ones JCrew makes.
