Cate Blanchett hands down. Penelope would be second as she is also more times than not impeccably dressed. Anne is a huge hit or miss and like someone said above she annoys me. Nicole Kidman after that-her dress sense is fashion forward and usually pretty good but her hair/makeup is so boring. Kate Winslet would follow but Kate is so dreadfully boring at these things! Sorry Kate fans, the girl's a great actress but NOT a great dresser and there's no risk or fashion forwardness to what she wears. Blake I could care less about so she is last.

Angelina, Cate Blanchett, Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman - all these women have incredible talent and style, plus they are interesting people. Of those listed above, certainly Penelope and Kate Winslet are gorgeous and always look fabulous, along with being talented. I would like Anne Hathaway to tone it down a notch. She's starting to bother me with her inarticulation. Beyonce's clothes are boring because she is ALWAYS on - you never see the real person. Blake is beautiful and will probably last in the business, but she is still a non-entity to me. Cameron Diaz always looks good and interesting. Charlize is a model and she collaborates well with her design team - always looks good.

I hardly think Blake deserves to be known as a "red-carpet queen" - she's hasn't been around long enough and I find a lot of her red carpet style ugly and/or over-the-top. I love Kate Winslet and she always looks gorgeous, but I find she doesn't take enough risks. I think Anne Hathaway is blooming into a beautiful and sophisticated fashion icon. However, definitely my favorite has to be Cate Blanchett and Felicity Huffman (from Desperate Housewives). I think they both are so beautiful and I just love how they take risks with their fashion choices - and most of the time they're successes...

Kate! No contest. Penelope is a close second though. Beyonce will probably wear something gaudy. Anne is boring. Blake will wear something cute but not exciting.

Torn, but for different reasons. Anne an Blake are sort of hit and miss, so sometimes I admit it's fun to see them miss, but also fun when they get it right.
