Haha, this is hard. I've broken down and splurged on jeans, LV bags, Prada shoes, AND diamond jewelry... Although I guess since the jeans I buy are $150 or so I don't consider them a 'splurge'. I think my most impulsive and random purchases (though not necessarily individually expensive) are at make-up counters.

I don't think any other wearable item makes a woman *glow* like good jewelry (especially if it has sentimental value!) It's also an asset and can be passed down to later generations. Love it.
