Who Wore It Better? Black Chanel Tie Frock
You can never get enough of Chanel! Fergie wore her black Chanel frock back in July, and she wore it again for the Kipling handbag launch at Macy's in Herald Square. Clearly she loves this dress. Well, so does socialite Tinsley Mortimer. Both ladies look nice but I prefer Fergie's black and white pumps. I just wish they both had pulled their hair back so we can see the dress in it's entirety. 2Neither. I agree they should have their hair pulled back. Fergie looks really washed out, but I totally crave those shoes. I am in (im)pure, unadulterated shoe lust with them. 16I guess it's because of the way they're posing, but the dress looks slightly shorter on Fergie. I like it better on her, she has the better body for it and her legs look amazing. Plus, the shoes add a nice touch.
