Who Wore It Better? Black Chanel Tie Frock

You can never get enough of Chanel! Fergie wore her black Chanel frock back in July, and she wore it again for the Kipling handbag launch at Macy's in Herald Square. Clearly she loves this dress. Well, so does socialite Tinsley Mortimer. Both ladies look nice but I prefer Fergie's black and white pumps. I just wish they both had pulled their hair back so we can see the dress in it's entirety. It's amazing how much hair and shoes can change the look of an outfit. Tinsley's look is sexy and Fergie is a little more sophisticated. I like em' both!

i loove fergie's shoes, but i'm sorry, i find it hard for her to look good in anything. she has one of the scariest faces i've ever seen! she doesn't look like a woman to me.
